These terms apply to shopping at houseofzainab.in, the online store of House of Zainab. Please read them together with our Return and refund policy and Privacy policy.
Please provide accurate contact, delivery and order information and use the website only for lawful purposes. You must be legally able to place an order, or have appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with its operation.
Please review the product description, materials, measurements and available options before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. This does not remove our responsibility to supply the item as described or your rights if a product is defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.
Product prices are displayed on the website. Any applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you place your order. Only payment methods currently offered at checkout are available. We do not require customers to share passwords, PINs or payment OTPs with customer support.
Orders are subject to product availability and payment or order verification. If an item is unavailable or we identify a material pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an agreed correction or cancellation with a refund of any amount due. Changes to website prices do not automatically change an order you have already placed.
Provide a complete, accurate address and reachable phone number. Delivery estimates depend on your location, product availability and the courier. Contact us if an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged. Courier delays do not remove rights available under applicable law.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check its dispatch status and explain the available options. Once dispatched, an order may not be possible to stop. This does not restrict applicable statutory cancellation, return or refund rights.
We do not offer returns for change of mind, personal preference or an incorrect size selected by the customer. Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within our standard 7-day window after delivery, with your order number and supporting evidence. We recommend a continuous unboxing video. Claims are reviewed before return instructions are issued, and replacement is normally our first option, subject to availability. If replacement is unavailable or a refund is legally due, we will arrange a refund. Full eligibility, evidence, shipping and refund details appear in our Return and refund policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Website text, images and branding belong to their respective owners and must not be reused commercially without permission. Third-party links may have their own terms and privacy practices.
These terms are subject to applicable Indian law. Nothing here excludes consumer protections, remedies or access to competent consumer forums. We may update these terms for future use and orders; changes will not retrospectively remove rights arising from an existing purchase.
